ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is an industry leading brand within the property industry. Currently looking to hire a Senior Analytics Manager to help provide Business Intelligence and analytics to both project and group levels throughout the business.

DUTIES
As the Senior Analytics Manager the core responsibilities of your role will cover:

• Design, co-ordinate and operationalise the delivery of key group management reports including monthly CFO Report, Executive Reporting, Sales and Inventory reporting including settlements analysis (among others) accurately and on time

• Assist with financial planning and analysis across Projects to provide a group wide perspective on business performance with appropriate trend analysis and reporting of strategic financial and operational KPIs

• Implement, develop and maintain business analytics reporting to ensure quality and consistency of information obtained from systems

SKILLS
You will come with strong experience working in a complex data driven environment, where managing and manipulating complex SQL data sets to uncover strategic insights has been a key focus. You will be able to demonstrate:

• Strong technical skills using SQL, Python or R to extract, manipulate and merge large volumes of data.

• Will have at least 7+ years of experience in the full range of Financial accounting activities, coupled with recognised professional qualifications (or be working towards completion).

• Data Visualisation skills in Tableau or PowerBI

• Financial Modelling expertise
