The journey started in 2004 when Correlate Resources founder Ben Cann graduated in Business Decision Analytics. After a successful stint in B2B sales, he found himself in an exciting position working as an IT Recruiter and building an award-winning Data & Analytics team for a client.

Arriving in Australia in 2008 and laying the foundations of his network Ben found love with his girlfriend Kate, a recruitment specialist. They both shared a passion for people, communication and the D&A community, and they started to build their vision in 2016, which became Correlate Resources.

The goal was to build a specialist D&A recruitment agency, where clients engaged with a trusted recruitment partner who truly understood the Market. Correlate Resources is where candidates feel supported by a trusted career advisor with their best interests at heart. In this supportive, collaborative environment, the team would be nurtured and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Kate brings her engaging personality, insatiably relentless drive, and exceptional quality in delivery to the team. Together with Ben leading operations and Kate driving delivery, they form a formable team, driven to provide a compelling future for both their personal and professional family and support a series of charitable causes that resonate with their hearts.

To date, Kate & Ben have two children establishing Correlate Resources as a family run business with a caring team.
