Correlate Resources was founded by Ben and Kate Cann in 2016, combining a shared passion for people, technology and the rapidly evolving world of Data & AI.

Ben’s journey began in 2004 after graduating in Business Decision Analytics and moving into technology recruitment, where he built award-winning Data & Analytics teams and developed a deep passion for the industry. After relocating to Australia in 2008, he spent years building strong networks across the local technology community.

Kate brought her own highly successful recruitment background, alongside an engaging personality, relentless drive and exceptional quality in delivery. Together, they built Correlate Resources with a vision of creating a specialist recruitment partner that genuinely understood the market and placed long-term relationships at the centre of everything it does.

As technology continues to evolve, so has Correlate Resources — expanding from its strong foundations in Data & Analytics into the broader worlds of AI, Software Engineering and Technology Transformation, while staying true to the values the business was built on from day one.
